The details are shared with you in advance, reflecting the effort, efficiency, and output of the service. Typically, transactions on our website range from INR 1,000 to INR 45,000. Schedule of Payment:- The duration of our live online classes and the validity of our online courses are fixed. These details are clearly mentioned in the course descriptions. The duration of our courses varies from 1 month to 1 year. Renewal of Online Courses:- Our online courses available on our website or mobile app do not renew automatically. You will receive an email before the expiry, offering you the option to renew the course. Renewal must be done manually each time.
Repeating Live Online Classes:
You are entitled to attend classes only with the batch you enrolled in at the time of signing up for the course. If you are unable to complete the course with your batch or wish to repeat part or all of the course, you will need to pay a readmission fee according to the current readmission terms.
Refund Policy:
Live Online Classes:-
Before the first class: If you decide to discontinue before the first class of your batch, you will receive a 50% refund. After the first class: No refunds will be issued once the first class has commenced, regardless of the number of classes attended. Refunds for discontinuation before the batch starts will be processed within 3 working days of your email notification. Funds will be transferred within 2 working days after receiving your bank details. If WBJRS ACADEMIC FOUNDATION cancels a batch, you will receive a prorated refund for the classes not conducted. This refund will be processed within 3 working days of notification, and funds will be transferred within 2 working days after receiving your bank details.
Pre-recorded Self-paced Online Courses:-
No Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for pre-recorded courses. To help you decide, you can try about 10% of the course before enrolling. Study Material / Correspondence Course Cancellation: To cancel an order, call us at +90076 07002, (033) 79609224 and follow up with an email stating your order number before the material is dispatched at wbjrsgroup@gmail.com. No Refund: Once the study material has been dispatched, cancellations and refunds are not possible.
